First level (grid 2): 1, 2, 3, 4; second level (grid 4): 11, 12, 13, 14, 21, 22, ..., 44; third level (grid 8): 111, 112, 113, 114, 121, 122, ..., 444; fourth level (grid 16): 1111, 1112, ..., 4444; fifth level (grid 32): 11111, 11112, ..., 44444.
parent_sub_id int meta.id Hierarchical sub-field number for the parent sub-field (0 for grid level 2). Example: for sub-field 2134, the parent sub-field is 213.
