The first page with 8 plates of the first volume of the plate catalogue obtained in the period from November 1909 till October 1911 with the 15-cm Zeiss-Triplet telescope. The text is written by the hand of Wilhelm Münch who obtained these plates. The columns contains the following data: plate number, observation date, exposure start and end time, object name, celestial equatorial coordinates, focus value, air temperature, orientation of the telescope's tubus, observer's notes.
A direct image with a single one hour exposure of the Andromeda Galaxy (M31) obtained on September 7, 1953 with the 50-cm Great Schmidt camera.

A direct image of the Great January Comet of 1910, also called the Daylight Comet, and formally designated as C/1910 A1, observed by Wilhelm Münch on January 26, 1910 with the 15-cm Zeiss-Triplet telescope. At that time the comet was visible in the evening twilight sky. The comet must have had the brightness about 0 mag and a long tail reaching from 30 to 50 degrees according to different sources.
The first page in the first volume of the observational books for the plates obtained with the 50-cm Great Schmidt camera. On the left page letter codes used in plate numbers are explained.

A similar image taken on the next night served Ejnar Hertzsprung as a source for his publication in Astronomische Nachrichten vol. 195, issue 23, p. 449.
The first page of the observational book for the plates obtained entirely by Ejnar Hertzsprung with the 30-cm Schröder refractor, the observational notes are also written by him. On the left page there is an explanatory note written by Wilhelm Münch a few years later.
